Plot Synopsis
Based on the novel by John Godey. Remake of 1974 film. A group of four heavily armed criminals hijack a NY city subway train, taking 14 people hostage and demanding $5 million. A tense standoff begins as a determined Transit Authority Police chief tries to negotiate with the volatile thugs. Complicating matters is a TV news crew that gets into the tunnel and puts the rescue effort in jeopardy.
