Plot Synopsis
Relentless torrential rains cause a dam to burst,flooding a community and trapping a group of disparate people in a new shopping center. Forced to band together to survive the rising waters, the group's solidarity is ripped apart when it is discovered that one among them is an escaped killer and that lethal methane gas is building to explosive levels within the mall.
