Plot Synopsis

An ex-government, Nobel Prize winning scientist is strong-armed back into service to help expose the perpetrator of a series of devastating man-made tidal waves. He teams up with an elite corps of experts including a highly respected female oceanographer. When evidence points to the his own involvement, he joins forces with the lovely oceanographer to clear his name. He discovers an embittered colleague is behind the diabolical scheme to destroy the world.
