Plot Synopsis
Based on the book ''When Angels Intervene'' by Hartt and Judene Wixcom. In 1986 Wyoming, demented ex-cop David Young, holds a small-town elementary school hostage with a homemade bomb. Before the local authorities and the FBI are able to act, the explosive device goes off. Miraculously none of the children or teachers are killed-- only the crazed gunman and his devoted wife.
