Plot Synopsis
While on a cruise ship, a specialist with the Center for Disease Control races against time to find the cure for a deadly Ebola-type virus that is rapidly spreading among the passengers. The ship is ordered to stay at sea until the CDC, the National Security Advisor and the President can devise a plan. After 27 days of quarantine a cure is found but two scheming government officials fear a national scare if the passengers are allowed to leave. The ship is finally ordered home by the President.
