Plot Synopsis

In 1962, young Cockney upstart photographer David Bailey is given an important assignment by British Vogue to do a major fashion shoot in New York City. He insists they hire his unknown model girlfriend, Jean Shrimpton. During their wild week in Manhattan, they fall deeper in love while shattering every established rule of fashion photography. They outrage Vogue fashion editor Lady Clare Redlesham and rattle her staff. But in the end Bailey and Shrimpton's famous shoot set the 1960s world of fashion photography ablaze with their inventive style, changing the world of fashion forever.
