Plot Synopsis

The recently widowed matriarch of a middle-class Italian family from Hoboken, N.J., who, in the middle of the night hears a mysterious voice she swears is her idol, hometown boy Frank Sinatra--inspring her to get on with her life and straighten out her embattled kin. Discovering her husband gambled away their home, she decides to open a restaurant in order of pay off the note, but runs into trouble when a local mobster demands payment. Her family, friends and Ol' Blue Eyes himself comes to her rescue.
