Plot Synopsis

Sixteen-year-old Jennifer Lynn's life is turned upside down when she gives birth to baby Zoe. Being a teen mom is not what she had planned for high school. Her boyfriend Randy refuses to step up and her mother Alicia is not interested in raising another child. One day she heads to the park with Zoe to meet Randy. She talks about not wanting this life and Randy promises her that he will help out more. While she is distracted with Randy, Zoe is kidnapped. Patricia Henderson, the detective on the case, is also a single mother and Jennifer sees strength in Patricia and her relationship with her daughter that brings out the maternal instincts in her. She will now do anything to get her baby back, including putting herself in harm's way.
