Plot Synopsis

Using his own BITE Scale (B=Bread, I=Interior, T=Taste, E=Eating Experience), Adam Richman samples and judges sandwiches as he travels across America to find the nation's best sandwich. In 10 half-hour episodes, Adam visits 10 different geographical regions, samples three sandwiches from that locale, and selects a regional winner. In the one-hour finale, these 10 regional winners -- and two secret wildcards -- face off to compete in the national championship.
