Plot Synopsis

Cop Rebecca Madsen and a team of FBI agents must track down a group of 302 prisoners and guards who disappeared from Alcatraz more than 50 years ago and recently reappeared in present day. Madsen works with: Dr. Diego Soto, a hippy geek who is the world's foremost expert on Alcatraz; Emerson Hauser, the intelligent head of a government agency; Lucy Banerjee, the lab technician working with Emerson; and Ray Archer, a retired detective who is now owner/bartender of a cop hangout bar. Edwin and E.B. are the warden and assistant warden of Alcatraz who just reappeared. In each one-hour episode, the group tracks down one of these old-time criminals in a modern-day world before the convict strikes again. Plus, over many episodes, Madsen and the crew try to unravel the mysteries of just why and how this event occurred -- and find information that affects themselves and the world.
