Plot Synopsis

Each 60-minute installment of ANCIENT ALIENS: SPECIAL EDITION contains stories from multiple episodes of ANCIENT ALIENS centered on a single theme. The series premiere, "Alien Transports," features stories of strange objects that ancient cultures witnessed flying in the sky, including: a fiery chariot containing wheels within wheels, powered by angels, as described in the Book of Ezekiel; a flying carpet that King Solomon of Israel gave to the Queen of Sheba, as told in ancient Ethiopian texts; and a fire-breathing dragon from which the god Huang Di emerged from the creature's belly, as explained by Chinese mythology. In the second episode, "Mysterious Structures," this series examines megalithic stone structures whose construction baffle stonecutters, scientists and archeologists.
