Plot Synopsis
Using location shooting, CGI, and graphics pulled from ANCIENT IMPOSSIBLE and ANCIENT DISCOVERIES, each one-hour episode of ANCIENT TOP 10 counts down details how ancient technology worked and how surprisingly advanced it was. Topics include: Secrets of Egypt, Most Lethal Weapons, Ancient Ships, Total Dictators, Rome's Greatest Hits, Ancient Mysteries, Ancient Greek Tech, Greatest Ancient Monuments, Greatest Ancient Metropolises, and Ancient Sieges. On Friday, April 7, 2017 from 8-11pm ET/PT, History premiered three back-to-back episodes:
"Most Lethal Weapons" (8pm): Throughout human history, mankind has strived to create new and inventive ways of killing.
