Plot Synopsis

When the larger-than-life and brassy Amy enters Allison's life and claims to be her guardian angel, they form an unlikely friendship -- but Allison isn't sure if Amy is an angel or just nuts. Allison, a multi-tasker and perfectionist, is inclined to believe that Amy is just another wingnut, except that every last one of Amy's pronouncements comes true. Allison's father, veteran dermatologist Marv, just made Allison his junior partner, and her younger brother, Brad, a pharmaceutical sales rep who lives over her garage. As Allison tries to push Amy away, Amy makes her final pitch: her sole mission is to provide Allison with helpful guidance that nudges her in the right direction in life -- and it's her final chance to prove herself as an angel. With that, Allison agrees to this unlikely relationship because maybe a weird friend is exactly what she needs. After a five-month break, ANGEL FROM HELL returned with new episodes on Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 8-9pm ET/PT, as CBS premiered back-to-back new episodes. In the summer premiere (8pm), "Angel Probation," Amy is required to perform 10 good deeds to earn her angel powers back after losing them by cheating at a game. Then, in the night's second new episode (8:30pm), "Angel Appreciation Day," Amy must play guardian angel to both Allison and Brad after Allison accidentally kills Brad's angel, a honey bee. Actress and singer Laura Bell Bundy guest stars as Becky, the host of a shopping network featuring Allison and Marv's line of skin care products.
On Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 8-9pm ET/PT, CBS premiered the series finale of ANGEL FROM HELL. In the night's first new episode (8pm), "Believe Me (Part 1)," Allison and Amy try to keep Marv from hearing a conversation about guardian angels that they accidentally recorded on his answering machine. Then, in the series finale (8:30pm), "Believe Me (Part 2)," after Amy survives a bus accident, she becomes determined to break up Allison's friend's wedding in order to put Allison's future on track.
