Plot Synopsis

ANIKULAPO: RISE OF THE SPECTRE is a sequel series to the 2022 movie, ANIKULAPO. Now, in a race against time to avoid a dismal fate, traveler Saro returns to the Oyo Kingdom with orders to complete a nearly impossible task. When he returns from the afterlife, Saro receives an amulet to help him face new challenges. Then, he falls for a palm wine tapper's daughter, while his wife confronts him about his strange antics. ANIKULAPO: RISE OF THE SPECTRE debuted on Friday, March 1, 2024 on Netflix, which released all six one-hour episodes of the series.
