Animal dancers include: black grouse engaging in a ritualized fight for territorial rights; two giraffes that take part in ritualized duel; a Spanish dancer sea slug escaping danger with a flamenco dance; a pom pom Crab performing with anemones in Sulawesi, Indonesia; humpback whale work together to secure a meal; Verreaux's sifaka using balletic moves to cross open ground in southern Madagascar; a golden leaf-folding frog preparing for mating ritual; a pair of western Grebes that perform their courtship display in perfect synchrony; two flamingo pairing up to form a strong bond; a mudskipper amphibious fish leaping to catch a potential partner's eye; a male peacock spider that puts on a colorful courtship display; and many more animals performing routines.
