Plot Synopsis

Sterling Archer is a suave master spy at ISIS, an international spy agency where global crises are merely opportunities for its highly trained employees to confuse, undermine, betray and royally screw each other. Even though Archer is all man, his code name is the less-than-masculine "Duchess." Other ISIS personnel include: Malory, his domineering mother and boss; his ex-girlfriend Agent Lana Kane; ISIS comptroller Cyril Figgis, who is Lana's new love interest Cyril Figgis; and Malory's lovesick secretary Cheryl. The series is billed as "James Bond meets ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT." FX aired a special, unannounced sneak peak of the program on September 17, 2009. ARCHER returned for its fourth season on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 10pm ET, with the Season 4 premiere episode featuring Archer suffering from amnesia.
