Plot Synopsis

Created and executive produced by series star Tony Hale, ARCHIBALD'S NEXT BIG THING is a half-hour animated comedy series that follows the adventures of happy-go-lucky chicken Archibald, who may not remember to do his chores, but he never forgets to have fun. After all, life's an adventure! While his adventures don't always go as planned, Archibald takes it one step at a time with the help of his three siblings, Sage, Finly, and Loy, and his trusty sidekick, Bea. Each 30-minute episode features two stories, including the series debut, "Chicken at Sea; The Keymaster," as Archibald first hits the high seas to help out endangered turtles. Then it's Archibald to the rescue when the citizens of Crackridge report a series of thefts. Netflix released the 13-episode first season of the series on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT.

On Friday, March 20, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the 13-episode second season of ARCHIBALD'S NEXT BIG THING. Whether he's trapped in a mall, rescuing a rocking chair or planning a honeymoon, Archibald is always all-in -- and never, ever bored. In the season opener, "The Mall Walkers; Treasured Tattoo," Archibald stumbles upon a crime in progress while trapped in the mall overnight. A whale's tattooed map inspires Archibald to go on a treasure hunt.
