Plot Synopsis
THE ART OF MORE is a drama series that exposes the crime and intrigue behind the glamorous facade of New York auction houses, where buyers spar over auction items worth millions of dollars, but beneath the glitz, it's a ruthless story of money, sex, greed and desperation. The series follows Graham Connor, the newest account executive at the Parke-Mason auction house, who is a blue-collar upstart leveraging his way into this exclusive realm by exploiting connections to antiquities smuggling rings he was exposed to as a soldier in Iraq in 2009. Also inhabiting this rarified world is Sam Brukner, a self-made billionaire, one who was pretty ruthless on his way up the food chain in the real estate world. Now he's a tycoon with access to everything he wants and wants everyone to know it -- he's a collector of both art and people. Graham's mentor is Arthur Davenport, a shrewd and eccentric world-class collector of art and illegal antiquities. Roxanna Whitman is a leading account executive at DeGraaf's and rival to Graham. The daughter of the CEO of DeGraaf's, she was born into this exclusive world and thrives in it. However, she is riddled with insecurities that drive her to be formidable and ruthless as she tries to prove she earned her position on her merits and not because of nepotism. On Thursday, November 19, 2015, Crackle released all 10 episodes of the first season of THE ART OF MORE.

The 10-episode second season of THE ART OF MORE premiered on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 on Crackle.com, one day after the new season debuted The Museum of Arts & Design in New York City. Season 2 follows former soldier Graham Connor who shakes off his blue collar, Brooklyn roots and gains access to an elite society through his connections with a smuggling ring he encountered during his tour in Iraq. Quaid stars as charismatic real estate shark Samuel Brukner, a Machiavellian master of money and power who is one part charm and one part intimidation. He is the life of the party, but when it comes to his money, he can be both ruthless and corrupt. Cary Elwes is Arthur Davenport, a shrewd and eccentric world-class collector of art and illegal antiquities who mentors Connor. Kate Bosworth portrays Roxanna Whitman, daughter of the CEO of one of New York's oldest and most respected auction houses. Although she was born into this exclusive world and thrives in it, she is riddled with insecurities that drive her to be a formidable executive in her own right. Joining the cast for Season 2 are Merritt Patterson as Olivia Brukner, who comes to New York looking to reconnect with her father, but is harboring secrets of her own, and Sandrine Holt as art curator Isabel Perry, whose sophisticated and fiery personality both intrigues and challenges Brukner.
