Plot Synopsis

"Battles BC" uses stunning "300"-style graphic-novel animation to re-enact famous ancient conflicts while military historians discuss the strategies, tactics and weapons that these commanders used to earn their places in history. Each 60-minute episode highlights one leader -- Hannibal, David, Caesar, Alexander the Great, Joshua and others -- and allows experts to tell the real stories and dispel the myths behind each hero and villain.
