Plot Synopsis

In the midst of the first Cylon war, the battle between humans and sentient robotic Cylons rages across the 12 colonial worlds. After recently graduating from the academy, gifted fighter pilot William Adama finds himself assigned to one of the most powerful battlestars in the Colonial fleet: the Galactica. Full of ambition and hungry for action, he quickly finds himself at odds with his co-pilot, the battle-weary officer Coker. With only 47 days left in his tour of duty, Coker desires an end to battle as much as Adama craves its onset. The two men must set their differences aside when a routine escort mission with an enigmatic doctor turns dangerous, endangering the fate of the desperate fleet. BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: CHROME & STEEL was originally released as an online series of 10 webisodes, with YouTube's premium channel Machinima Prime presenting two new episodes weekly. On Sunday, February 10, 2013 at 8pm ET, two months after the finale was posted online, Syfy aired CHROME & STEEL as a two-hour Movie Event, which was an edited version of the web series, including scenes not seen in the online release.
