Plot Synopsis

BAZILLION DOLLAR CLUB is a one-hour reality series that follows two investors/entrepreneurs -- Dave McClure, who founded software accelerator 500 Startups, and Brady Forrest, the mind behind the hardware accelerator Highway1 -- as they mentor a hardware or software startup in which they have a financial stake. At the end of the boot camp, the company presents their product to a new group of potential investors on Demo Day. Each 60-minute episode features a different company, including: Vango, where Ethan, who left his consultant job, created what he believes is the next iTunes for art; Ivee, where Jonathon has already sold a million dollar's worth of his voice-activated alarm clock, but now wants to transform his product into a voice-activated personal assistant that controls every electronic item in the home; Sereneti, which has created Cooki, a robot that makes home-cooked, healthy meals; FishBit, which makes the aquarium of the future; Roost, an online marketplace that applies the airbnb model to personal storage and parking space; and SPINN, an internet-connected machine that brews coffee using centrifugal force, while also allowing users to order coffee from local roasters.
