Plot Synopsis

Two employees from the same company compete in a series of workplace challenges as they vie for a new job -- they think they're both competing for a promotion, but the winner actually gets to own and manage his or her own franchise. In each 60-minute episode, the company's CEO summons two deserving candidates to the company headquarters and subsequently puts them through a series of challenges to test their mettle at being in a senior management role. Both employees battle to prove they should earn the promotion, but they're shocked when they discover that an even greater opportunity is ultimately at stake. The winner gets the keys to their own franchise, with a prize value running into the hundreds of thousands of dollars, while the runner-up still gets the promotion. Each episode features a different company, including: Complete Nutrition, featuring employees Jason Mitchell and Ashley 'Smash' Olsen; Auntie Anne's, putting Elezar Puente and Shonta Moore in a twisted situation; Signal 88 Security, pitting Michelle Wood against Quincy Jones; Molly Maid, chronicling Mariana Lima and Janet 'KC' Brann; Jazzercise, running instructors Sophia Hubbard and Kim McCulloch against each other; and The Melting Pot, highlighting Terry Love and Jason Long.
