Plot Synopsis

Wildlife cameraman Gordon Buchanan documents black bears in Minnesota by following first-time mother bear, Lily, and her struggle to raise her cub, Hope. Gordon arrives in Minnesota during Spring, and he must first gain the trust of the bears before he can film their sizzling Summer and the dangerous Fall hunting season. Nat Geo Wild aired the U.S. premiere of this series by showing all three episodes on the same night, Wednesday, June 8, 2011, starting at 8pm ET/PT.
