Plot Synopsis

Using actor portrayals, archival documentation and dramatic re-creations, BELIEVERS is a one-hour docuseries that chronicles the terrifyingly true paranormal events that transformed these unsuspecting eyewitnesses into believers are pieced together. In the series opener, "The Slip Knot," a Hollywood photographer is choked by the spirit of an angry sailor, an apparition lures a security guard to the scene of a deadly fire and a police detective discovers a missing woman, seen by a passerby, is actually dead.
