Plot Synopsis

Food critic Daymon 'Daym' Patterson, who became famous as YouTube video blogger Daym Drops, travels across America in his car to review takeaway meals from behind the steering wheel. Traveling from city-to-city for this television series, Daym visits three local favorites in each town and judges each eatery on two things: experience and food. In each 30-minute episode, Daym visits a different city, including: Chicago, as Daym creates his own ultimate deep-dish pizza, checks out Chicago-style hot dogs in Norwood Park, and tastes real Italian beef in the River North area; New Orleans, where Daym stops by Willie Mae's Scotch House in Treme to try home-cooked soul food, experiences crawfish and Boo Fries in the French Quarter, and goes Uptown for a po' boy; and other stops, like Atlanta, Los Angeles, Portland and San Francisco.
