Plot Synopsis

THE BIG BAKEOVER is a one-hour reality series that follows bakery expert and business professional Nancy Birtwhistle, as she travels across America to save struggling bakeries. With the help of her master carpenter, Erik Curtis, she reimagines and revamps recipes, renovates storefronts, and puts passionate pastry makers on a path to success. Episodes include:

"Sugarbox Donuts" (Friday, June 14, 2024 at 8pm): Nancy helps a second-generation donut maker who escaped the Cambodian genocide in the 1970s save their family business to honor her father.

"Mary Lane Cafe" (Friday, June 21, 2024 at 8pm): Nancy helps a recently widowed baker reignite her passion for baking to honor her late husband and create a legacy for her daughters.

"Sugar Dayne Cookies" (Friday, June 28, 2024 at 8pm): Nancy helps a recently divorced cookie artist save her struggling business to support herself and her family.

"Cali Al's Cheesecakes" (Friday, July 12, 2024 at 8pm): Nancy helps a talented cheesecake maker take his delicious tarts to the next level to support his young family and honor his late father and brother.
