Plot Synopsis

In each half-hour episode of BIG SKY KITCHEN WITH EDUARDO GARCIA, Montana-based chef Eduardo Garcia invites viewers into his kitchen, where he prepares delicious home-cooked meals drawn from his unique Latin and Jewish heritage, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. In the series opener, "Family Sunday Supper," Eduardo hosts his family for Sunday Supper. Drawing inspiration from his Latin roots, he creates a menu that puts a twist on cherished family recipes, including homemade tortillas, crispy chicken flautas and candied ginger flan.
