Plot Synopsis
Chef, restaurateur and food writer Bill Granger takes a personal pilgrimage to celebrate the varied produce of Australia. From the cooler climes of the South to the tropical and exotic North and from the arid red center to the bounty of the seas, Bill shares recipes and explores the diversity and physical beauty of his Australian heritage.
