Plot Synopsis

BIONIC VET follows Noel Fitzpatrick at his state-of-the-art animal clinic, where he pioneers revolutionary new surgical techniques to save and improve the lives of thousands of pets from all over England. Fitzpatrick is a medical engineer, rebuilding animals using a whole range of metal structures, nuts, bolts, implants and groundbreaking procedures. Whether he's giving a cat two new back feet or using his 'Wolverine Technique' to save the life of a labrador, Fitzpatrick is often the last hope for these animals. Smithsonian Channel aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 9pm ET.
