Plot Synopsis

Following the inspiring and perseverant former pumpkin farmer, Sir Cedric, now grown and married to the prince of his dreams, THE BRAVEST KNIGHT is an animated series that recounts personal tales of his journey. Sir Cedric shares his story with his adopted 10-year-old daughter Nia, on how he transformed from day-time farmer to full-fledged knight. Nia, who is training to become a brave knight herself, learns important values such as honor, justice and compassion; proving that knighthood is much more than slaying dragons. On Friday, June 21, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Hulu released the first five episodes of THE BRAVEST KNIGHT, which is based on the 2013 book, "The Bravest Knight Who Ever Lived," by bestselling children's author Daniel Errico. Hulu released the second half of THE BRAVEST KNIGHT's first season on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT.

Season 2 of THE BRAVEST KNIGHT premiered on Friday, December 13, 2024 on Hulu, which released six episodes of the new season. Cedric, a pumpkin farmer turned knight, has embarked on many quests - from saving towns to defeating monsters. Now he's started a new chapter with his prince charming and their daughter Nia, who aspires to become a knight just like him. Cedric has battled trolls, witches, and even dragons... but his greatest challenge yet? Teaching Nia how to navigate the path to knighthood while being true to one's self.
