Plot Synopsis

BREAKING BOBBY BONES is a half-hour reality series that follows Bobby Bones, as he travels to far-flung destinations across America. Upon arrival, he meets local everyday heroes who challenge him to conquer (or at least attempt) the tricks of their trades while exploring how triumphing over tragedy made these heroes who they are today. It's an action-packed celebration of Americans who work hard, play hard and above all, take pride in everything they do. Bobby Bones meets a number of hard-working Americans, including: actress & stuntwoman Janeshia Adams-Ginyard; Lonnie Bedwell, an adaptive adventurist, motivational speaker and blind kayaker of the Colorado River; Mike Duran, Rope Access level 3 technician and instructor at Abseilon; and more. BREAKING BOBBY BONES premiered on Monday, May 31, 2021 from 10-11pm ET/PT, as National Geographic Channel debuted back-to-back episodes.

National Geographic Channel premiered the season finale of BREAKING BOBBY BONES on Sunday, July 18, 2021 from 10-11pm ET/PT, debuting back-to-back new episodes:

"Towering Heights" (10pm): Bobby climbs a 235-foot-tall wind turbine to perform maintenance on the blades.

"Predator Patrol" (10:30pm): Bobby is tasked with protecting a herd of sheep from predators at night.
