Plot Synopsis

From his kitchen in the Hamptons, Chef Bobby Flay serves up his favorite Sunday morning brunch. Each episode highlights cuisine and flavors from around the country and the world, including: Mexico (huevos rancheros with chorizo and spicy tomato-red chile sauce; ranch style eggs over fresh corn tortillas with spicy home fries; a bloody-mary margarita); France (toasted baguette with goat cheese topped with poached eggs and black pepper vinaigrette; pain perdu with fresh peaches and vanilla butter; white wine and lillet cocktail); Italy (peach & arugula salad with crispy pancetta & gorgonzola; frittata with fresh peppers, onions and cherry tomato sauce; vanilla gelato and espresso affogato; blood orange campari prosecco cocktail); Ireland (fried eggs, double smoked bacon, crispy sausage, toasted brown Irish soda bread, cheesy hash browns, roasted veggies, tea latte); Spain (cafe con leche with spiced sugar churros and chocolate dipping sauce; piperrada with patatas bravas and roasted tomato aioli; sangria sunrise); Texas (black pepper buttermilk biscuits topped with scrambled eggs, pork sausage and cream sauce; lemon ricotta fritters with berry jam; a tangerine fizz); New Orleans (spiked iced chicory coffee; beignets with blackberry jam; eggs benedict with poached eggs, Tasso ham and grilled tomato with cajun hollandaise on English muffins). This series returned for its third season on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 9:30pm ET, with Bobby Flay creating a brunch menu in the style of Italian trattorias -- casual, laid back, and with plenty of family-style dishes. BRUNCH AT BOBBY'S returned for its fourth season on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 9pm ET/6pm PT on Cooking Channel. The Season 4 premiere, which fittingly debuted on Fat Tuesday, featured New Orleans, as Bobby took a culinary walk through the French Quarter to find brunch that's perfect any time of day. On Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Noon ET/9am PT, Cooking Channel premiered the fifth season of BRUNCH AT BOBBY'S. In the Season 5 opener, "Waffles Gone Wild," Bobby wows with a menu of unexpected waffle creations like Cornbread Waffles With Ranch-Style Eggs and Cilantro Crema and Glazed Waffle Donuts! And speaking of unexpected, he's mixing up a cool Wine Smoothie. Season 6 of BRUNCH AT BOBBY'S premiered on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at 12:30pm ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "Pancake House Favorites," Bobby is putting a new spin on classic neighborhood pancake house dishes, like Mini Denver Omelet Frittatas with Crispy Hammy Croutons and Silver Dollar Tropical Pancakes with Mascarpone Whipped Cream. Plus, Bobby shows how to start your morning right with iced and hot versions of Hazelnut-Chocolate-Toffee Coffee. In subsequent episodes of Season 6, Bobby takes on Thanksgiving brunch, entertaining Middle Eastern style, Holiday leftover brunch, home-for-the-holidays brunch, and much more.

On Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 12:30pm ET/PT, Food Network premiered the seventh season of BRUNCH @ BOBBY'S. In the season opener, "Keeping It Breezy," Bobby is inspired by summer and his childhood days at the Jersey Shore, Bobby and his BEACH BITES guest Katie Lee lay out how to throw a casual Breezy Brunch for your Beach Guests. First up a cooling ginger beer margarita, deviled eggs with fried oysters, and then a crisp BLT With Fried Tomatoes, Roasted Shrimp Remoulade. Ending off with some Corn Cakes with Crab & Smoky Avocado Yogurt.
