Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Casey Webb, each one-hour episode of BUDGET BATTLE features four gourmet chefs going head-to-head creating world-class meals, but there's a catch: they have to buy their ingredients on a shoestring budget. Thrown into the deep end of the culinary pool, the competitors must shop strategically and out-cook their opponents. Fortune favors the frugal, but flavor reigns supreme as they transform everyday ingredients into five-star meals on a home cook's budget. How much cash does the winning chef take home? $1,000 for every $1 they have left in their budget at the end of the competition.
