In each half-hour episode of BUILD SMALL, LIVE ANYWHERE, real estate and design experts Todd and Gena Davis help families find, purchase and renovate small beachfront bungalow-style homes in their ideal locales, ranging from Oxnard Shores, CA to Pierpont Bay, CA. On Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 7-9am ET/PT, HGTV premiered four back-to-back episodes of BUILD SMALL, LIVE ANYWHERE, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time.
