BUYING THE VIEW is a half-hour series that explores luxury listings from across North America, including Miami, Manhattan, Toronto, Niagara, Muskoka, Vancouver and Whistler. In each 30-minute episode, viewers join realtors and potential buyers on the hunt for luxury real estate properties where the million dollar view always seals the deal. The clients tour three very different properties where they see exactly what their budget gets them and what it doesn't. Their journey gives an insight into the lives, tastes and personalities of those buying properties with a million dollar view. On Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 9-10pm ET/PT, FYI TV broadcast the U.S. premiere of this series, showing back-to-back episodes. In the U.S. premiere (9pm), "Lover's Haven Miami," lovebirds Asi and Kayla are looking for their first home -- with a budget of $1.5-4 million. It has to be Miami, it has to be beachfront and it has to have ocean views. Lucky for them, their realtor is Marc Sirkin, an expert in getting his clients exactly what they want. Then, in the night's second episode (9:30pm), "Stylish Sanctuary Whistler," Stephen and Ivan are finally moving to their dream location -- Whistler. And they need a house that fulfills everything on their wish list: views of lake and glaciers, a gourmet kitchen, something modern but with a rustic feel. Realtor Catherine nails it, showing them three properties that will knock their socks off!
