Plot Synopsis
Food enthusiast Levi Roots -- you may recognize him from BBC's DRAGONS' DEN, where he received backing for his spicy Jamaican jerk sauce -- travels across Jamaica and the United Kingdom sharing his favorite foods and recipes. In the first episode, he returns to Jamaica and cooks spicy lamb in his childhood village and Caribbean style barbecue fish on the beach. CARIBBEAN FOOD MADE EASY premiered in the United States on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at 1pm on Cooking Channel.
