Plot Synopsis
CARS ON THE ROAD is a short-form animated series that follows Lightning McQueen and his best friend Mater from the CARS movie franchise, as they head east from Radiator Springs on a cross-country road trip to meet up with Mater's sister. Along the way, every stop is its own adventure, with outrageous roadside attractions and colorful new characters. All nine 10-minute episodes dropped on Disney+ Day 2022 (Thursday, September 8, 2022).
