Plot Synopsis

Dog trainer Cesar Millan is summoned by a co-worker, relative, friend or neighbor, who is concerned about a canine that has turned their space upside down, providing Cesar an opportunity to his expertise to rehabilitate the dog and train its human companions. When Cesar arrives in the neighborhood, he quickly evaluates the situation at hand and within moments begins to turn the situation around. Cesar first meets with the whistleblower to get briefed on the situation. Then, he evaluates both the dog and owners through impromptu visits to the business and neighborhood. In most instances, the owners unknowingly reinforce their dog's problem behavior -- some treat their dogs like spoiled children, while others show fear and hesitation. At times, Cesar can provide quick and effective training right on the street. In more serious situations, he must relocate the dogs to his Dog Psychology Center for more in-depth rehabilitation, or invite owners to his new Home Learning Annex to practice and improve their leadership skills in a controlled environment. After both canine and companion have been trained, Cesar uses surveillance cameras to track progress and ensure a lasting solution. The final test comes when all parties gather together at a central meeting place within the community -- owners equipped with the knowledge and tools only Cesar can provide, and dogs ready to show off the new behaviors they have mastered. Each 60-minute episode of CESAR 911 consists of two stories within one community, including: Orange County whistleblower Debi (Irvine, CA), who alerts Cesar to her neighbors, the Dong family, who are scared of their first family dog, a black Lab mix, and whistleblower Brad (Santa Ana, CA), who is having major trouble with his sister Nicole's Shiba Inu mix, Auggie; Los Angeles whistleblowers Lori Jo and Patti (City of Industry, CA), who are fed up with their boss Takis's three unruly bichons frises, and whistleblowers Tiffony and Sue Ellen (Long Beach City, CA), whose workplace is being disrupted by their boss Ms. G's Labrador retriever, Beau; and Los Angeles whistleblower Josh (Sherman Oaks, CA), whose neighbors, Lilly and Nadav, have no control over their aggressive boxers, Chip and Mocha, and whistleblower Lorraine (North Hollywood, CA), who is concerned for her pregnant business partner Stefanie's fearful and aggressive Chihuahua, Nuts. CESAR 911 returned for its second season on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT on Nat Geo Wild. In the Season 2 opener, "3 Bites, You're Out!," Cesar is called to the aid of Leslie and her 18-year-old son, Si. The two rescued their Great Dane, Junior, when he was only 5 months old. The poor dog had been beaten, run over by a car and left for dead. But as soon as the Dane regained his strength, he became aggressive. Since then, Junior has bitten two people, including one of Leslie's current neighbors. If Cesar can't help rehabilitate Junior, Leslie fears the dog could be euthanized. Cesar's next case concerns two sisters, Taylor and Morgan, whose relationship is in jeopardy over a dog. Taylor's Maltese mix, Chloe, seems to have it in for her sister! She growls at Morgan and bites her any chance she gets. Morgan is pregnant with her first child, and if Cesar can't help Taylor control Chloe, Morgan won't let her sister and Chloe near her baby. On Friday, February 19, 2016 at 9pm ET/PT, Nat Geo Wild premiered the third season of CESAR 911. In the season opener, "The Seinfeld Episode," legendary comedian Jerry Seinfeld and his wife, Jessica, enlist Millan to evaluate their difficult dachshunds, Jose and Foxy. Jose has an excessive barking problem, and Foxy has a "hating Jerry" problem, as the Seinfelds describe it. Millan heads to New York City to help them sort out the furry funny business. Later in Season 3, Cesar helps: the owners of an aggressive French bulldog/terrier mix, Simon, who viciously attacks other dogs and animals; a husband finds himself under attack by his wife's Tibetan terrier, Schnoopy; a father and daughter who contact Cesar about the family dog, a pug named Gio, who has viciously attacked the family's five other dogs and their daughter; a woman concerned for the safety of the animals on her sister's ranch after Bodie, a rottweiler/German shepherd mix, killed several goats and started going after the horses; and more. Nat Geo Wild premiered a new season of CESAR 911 on Friday, March 3, 2017 at 8pm ET/PT. In the season opener, "Homewreckers," Cesar comes face-to-face with canine chaos that tears at the fabric of household harmony. He's called to help three aggressive home wreckers, but they can't be rehabilitated unless their humans change as well.
