Plot Synopsis

CHICAGO FLIPPERS is a half-hour reality series that follows design and build experts Mark and Liz Perez, as they pull off risky flips in Chicago by taking disaster homes in the Windy City that few would ever touch and turn them into dream homes new families can still afford. On Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Noon ET/PT, HGTV premiered the pilot of CHICAGO FLIPPERS, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Disaster to Dream Home," Mark and Liz carefully balance budget and design to transform a cramped 1920s bungalow into a bright and open home. Equipped with new windows, refinished floors, updated master bedroom and bathrooms and a brand new modern kitchen, this disaster becomes a dream before your eyes.
