Plot Synopsis

One-time loser Ben now runs Buzzy's, a barbershop in Charlestown, MA, where he's the boss to many of his old high-school classmates -- and he's not afraid to flaunt his power. Ben's staff at Buzzy's includes: Mo, his best friend and total opposite, who sees the best in people; A.J. Salerno, the popular kid who was once a great baseball player until he suffered a shoulder injury; Danni, who could be doing bigger things if she weren't so busy trying to figure out the meaning of her fling with A.J. on prom night; Joy, the eternally optimistic receptionist and the object of Mo's affections -- even though she's already taken; street-wise stylist Charmaine; and the former owner, Buzzy, who has become as much an institution as the place that bears his name. The series opens with A.J. getting a phone call from a sports agent wanting to meet with him, so he tells Danni that this is the big break he's been waiting for -- and that his barber days will soon be behind him. Meanwhile, Ben is determined to fire one of his employees -- Buzzy, Mo, Joy, or Charmaine -- to avoid paying an insurance premium increase.

On Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT, TBS premiered the season finale of CLIPPED. In the season ender, "Reunion," the gang relives their adolescence at their high school reunion; meanwhile, Joy is stuck at the barbershop keeping Lonnie company while he waits for his date.
