Plot Synopsis

In COLLEGE HILL: CELEBRITY EDITION, celebrities live together and join an Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) as students. In the first season, Nene Leakes, Ray J, Lamar Odom, Big Freedia, Stacey Dash, DreamDoll, India Love, and Slim Thug head back to class to expand their educational horizons at Texas Southern University. The eight-episode first season explores college life through a celebrity lens while showcasing the unique cultural and academic experience of HBCUs. Despite their respective fame and notoriety, each cast member is committed to focusing on their higher education as a personal challenge to prove it's never too late. Enrolled alongside current Texas Southern University students, the cast will work towards completing a specialty certificate program to cross the graduation stage. Though to triumph, like any ordinary college student, they must complete their course work along with required internships, extra credit opportunities, group projects, and more. Who will take the lead on group projects? Who will pull an all-nighter? The series had a sneak-peek presentation on Sunday, June 26, 2022 on BET and BET Her at 11:30pm ET/PT, immediately following the 2022 BET AWARDS. COLLEGE HILL: CELEBRITY EDITION made its official series debut the following day -- Monday, June 27 -- as BET+ released two episodes, including the first installment showed the previous night as a sneak peek. New episodes drop on Thursdays through August 4. Season 1 of COLLEGE HILL: CELEBRITY EDITION began its linear television run in August 2023 on Tuesdays at 9pm ET/PT on BET and BET Her.

The sophomore season of COLLEGE HILL: CELEBRITY EDITION debuted with two new episodes on Thursday, May 11, 2023 on BET+. New episodes debut weekly. Ray J, returning from the first season, is joined by Amber Rose, Joseline Hernandez, Tiffany "New York" Pollard, Parker McKenna Posey, Iman Shumpert, Kwaylon "BlameItOnKway" Rogers, and O'Ryan Browner as they enroll to pursue higher education while experiencing the joys and challenges of life on campus at Alabama State University. Similar to Season 1, the new cast steps out of the limelight and into the classroom, to complete a rigorous, tailor-made academic certificate program to cross the graduation stage. Season 2 of COLLEGE HILL: CELEBRITY EDITION made its linear television debut on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 10pm ET/PT on BET, with a simulcast on BET Her.

On Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 10pm ET/PT, BET and BET Her aired the linear TV debut of "We Did That!," the Season 2 finale of COLLEGE HILL: CELEBRITY EDITION. The housemates play crime scene investigators for a forensics class elective; then they hunker down and get serious for finals.
