Plot Synopsis

MTV gave digital cameras to four freshmen at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and told them to film their first year in college. No crew. No producers. And definitely no endorsement from UW-Madison. The four frosh -- Alex, Andrea, Kevin and Jordan -- take viewers on their journeys as they transition from high school into the freedom of college life -- even though they still might rely on their care packages from mom. Alex is on an academic scholarship, worries about her grades and four-year future, and swears off guys by week three. A native cheese head, Andrea enjoys a typical Saturday at the big game but has an atypical relationship with a guy from her high school. Kevin is definitely the party animal of the bunch, but he quickly realizes he should've worked harder in high school -- he's so far behind the curve, he's in danger of failing partway through the first term. The quiet one of the bunch -- Jordan -- would like to study literature, but he finds out from his father he might have to pay his own tuition next year.
