Plot Synopsis

CONTAINER HOMES is a half-hour reality series that showcases the transformation of reused steel shipping containers into spectacular, eco-friendly homes. Each 30-minute episode follows two homeowners as they customize their new container home with awe-inspiring design, including unique architectural elements, lighting and materials. The series premiere, "Modern Country Container Home," features two homeowners: in Mineral Point Wisconsin, Andy and Jackie Spoor have dreams of a big house that mixes country with contemporary, and they want a designer home without spending a fortune and shipping containers could be the answer; and in Austin Texas, designer Patrice Rios is looking for a home that reflects her funky aesthetic, as she transforms a single container into a dream work space.
