Plot Synopsis

When Jules Cobb first started dating again, the hot 40-something divorcee found that most men her age were either married or chasing young bimbos -- that usually left her with guys who were just a few years older than her teenage son. She eventually realized that she should have just looked for love at Gray's Pub, where Grayson, her newly-divorced neighbor, was the bar's proprietor. After Jules and Grayson kissed and went through a friends-with-benefits phase, they finally saw the light and started a real relationship. In Season 3, Grayson built up the courage to ask Jules to marry him, and they were married in a beach wedding in the season finale. Along for Jules' journey is: her college-aged son, Travis; her ex-husband, Bobby; and her friends, Laurie and Ellie and her husband, Andy. This wine-drinking group of friends and neighbors on the cul-de-sac make up her dysfunctional, but supportive and caring extended family...even if they have a funny way of showing it sometimes. COUGAR TOWN moved to TBS for its fourth season, starting on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 10pm ET, during which Grayson and Jules adjusted to married life and prepared to sell his home to new neighbors. Meanwhile, Bobby tried to make up for lost time by teaching Travis lessons about being a man after he celebrated his 21st birthday. By the end of Season 4, Laurie and Travis became a couple, which made Jules incredibly uneasy, even though she tried to play it cool. COUGAR TOWN returned for its fifth season on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT on TBS. In Season 5, Bobby and Andy hit the big time when their Penny Can game went global; meanwhile, Grayson finally realized his life-long dream of appearing in a television commercial, but the role left a lot to be desired. At the end of the season, Laurie and Travis discovered that they were going to have a baby. This future addition to the Cul de Sac Crew has the whole gang excited and is sure to lead to more funny moments and chaos than ever before. COUGAR TOWN returned for its sixth and final season on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 10:30pm ET/PT on tbs. In the season opener, "American Dream Plan B," Tom opens a speakeasy in his garage, while Grayson uses a baby pig to prepare Travis for fatherhood. Later this season, Laurie and Travis try to adjust to their new role as first-time parents, and Jules settles in to being a grandmother. Meanwhile, Andy unexpectedly loses his job and best friend, leaving him to figure out how to move forward. Ellie goes back to work and proves she hasn't lost her ruthless lawyer skills. And Tom continues his desperate quest for the Cul de Sac Crew's acceptance. On Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 10:30pm ET/PT, TBS premiered the 100th episode of COUGAR TOWN. In this milestone episode, "Climb That Hill," the gang takes on new personal challenges: Jules tries to read a book for the first time, Grayson tries to listen to his friends and remember what they have to say, and Andy tries to keep his hand out of a place it doesn't belong. Two weeks later -- on Tuesday, April 1 -- the gang will drink their last glass of wine together, as COUGAR TOWN comes to an end with its final episode.
