Plot Synopsis

In the interview room, detectives go head-to-head with suspects and try to get to the truth -- even if it means breaking the rules and risking it all. Each episode of this anthology crime series focuses on a different suspect. On Friday, September 20, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released three episodes of CRIMINAL: GERMANY, which is one of four parts of the CRIMINAL franchise. Episodes in the German installment of the CRIMINAL franchise include:

"Jochen": The inspectors question a real estate developer about a missing handyman -- and the skeleton found beneath his first project in the former East Berlin.

"Yilmaz": A once clear-cut case of domestic violence grows murky as a powerful father-in-law's lawyer inserts himself into the mix to control the narrative.

"Claudia": A detective tries to extract the location of a body from a serial killer's hardened lover. Then the inspector puts herself on the line and steps in.
