Plot Synopsis

Two contestants work within a $50 budget and against the clock to cook a special dinner that will win over the heart and stomach of a potential date. Before they begin cooking, the contestants watch a five-minute video of their prospective date and consult with a real chef, who offers tips on shopping and food prep. At the end of the show, the prospective date chooses one of the contestants solely based on the meal they prepared.
