Plot Synopsis

Physical medium Amy Allan and retired NYPD homicide detective Steve Di Schiavi separately investigate unexplained paranormal phenomena in haunted locations across America so that they don't influence each other's investigation, and then come together to combine their findings and arrive at one undeniable -- and often terrifying -- conclusion. Amy uses her abilities to communicate with the dead, often assuming their role and reliving their death; while Steve uses his years of detective experience to search for physical evidence. Amy, who was mentored by world-renowned para-psychologist Dr William Roll, has always been on a journey to unravel the mysteries of the unexplained. and she has worked with private investigators, police agencies and has conducted more than 350 investigations in both private homes and businesses. Since he served more than 21 years in the New York City Police Department, Steve relies on his police training and experience to explore each property, questioning the owners about the building's past before gathering more facts from local historians, police investigators and by tracking down past owners of the property.
