Plot Synopsis

Stand-ups explore the coarse and salacious side of comedy in THE DEGENERATES, a series of half-hour specials -- one for each comedian.

On Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the six-episode first season, which was filmed over two days on June 4 & 5, 2018 at Backstage Bar & Billiards in Las Vegas:

Big Jay Oakerson: As he turns 40, Big Jay grapples with the ramifications of having a teen daughter, being disrespected as a man, offensive words and more.

Brad Williams: Brad discusses the ups and downs of being a dwarf in comedy, men finally being called out for their misbehavior, his amusing marriage and more

Yamaneika Saunders: Yamaneika is single and eager to mingle with the crowd about her sex life, drunk-dialing an ex and why Barbie can do better than Ken.

Liza Treyger: In a bawdy and biting set, Liza crowdsources an illuminating sex experiment and explains why it's weird nobody pays for porn.

Joey Diaz: This veteran degenerate digs into cultural taboos, social media and his own colorful history with sex, drugs and kidnapping.

Christina Pazsitzky: Podcast host Christina P revels in the glories of being a grown-ass woman and proposes a radical approach to dealing with creepy dudes.

Season 2 of THE DEGENERATES premiered on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released the entire six-episode second season, featuring sets tapes at the Backstage Bar & Billiards in Las Vegas on September 12:

Jim Norton: Fascinated by "flat-earthers" and Ted Bundy documentaries, Jim Norton finds laughs in some dark topics, including why he shouldn't own a gun.

Ms. Pat: Ms. Pat may not look like a grandma, but she's been through it all. And she's doling out a heavy dose of no-nonsense advice in her own special way.

Robert Kelly: Robert Kelly's been married long enough for the thrill of romance to fade, and he has some choice takes on the sexual behavior of younger generations.

Nikki Glaser: Nikki Glaser loves to talk about sex and it's true, she's not easily embarrassed. Just don't mention her early exit on DANCING WITH THE STARS.

Donnell Rawlings: From plastic straws and "Old Town Road" to rescue dog owners and white women and their cell phones, Donnell Rawlings's patience is wearing thin.

Adrienne Iapalucci: She still listens to R. Kelly, but that's not the only reason why Adrienne Iapalucci is a bad feminist. She's got more, from bloggers to the tampon tax.
