Plot Synopsis

In this new chapter of the HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON franchise, this half-hour CG-animated comedy series centers on Dak and Leyla, twins who, because they were raised by dragons, share a unique ability to communicate with them. The brother and sister lead a team of five young dragons that spend their days rescuing other dragons, and helping the people in their adopted town of Huttsgalor. The series opens with the Rescue Riders saving Viking chief Duggard, causing them to be invited to visit his village of Huttsgalor, where they must prove they're kind and helpful. Dak's lack of planning gets him, Cutter and Winger lost with Elbone in the Maze Caves, and Leyla's overthinking threatens the effort to rescue them. Burple gets spooked by the legend of a ghost called the Phantom Fang. But when he senses the story is real, he can't get his friends to believe him.
