Plot Synopsis

One part celebrity, a dash of music, a pinch of cooking, and a heaping cup of talk. "The Emeril Lagasse Show" is a primetime talk show filmed in front of a studio audience, featuring a house band -- led by Grammy-nominated saxophonist Dave Koz and -- with celebrity guests, musicians and entertainers. The show also features field pieces shot in and around New York City where the show is taped. Each episode has its own theme, including: "Housewarming Party" for the series premiere (with guest Martha Stewart); "Sports Night" (Eli Manning); "Now That's Italian" (Mario Batali); "Emeril's Fiest" (Sammy Hagar); "Guy's Night" (Steve Schirripa); "Emeril's Heartland" (Jennie Garth & Lonestar); "A Family Affair" (Elmo); "Emeril's Favorites" (Tom Colicchio & The Ebony Hillbillies); and much much more. "The Emeril Lagasse Show" is ION's first original non-scripted series.
